Hawaii’s Department of Motor Vehicles does have a web page dedicated to information on using a bicycle in Hawaii. It offers some basic government information which can be helpful. The url is:

I looked for some forums for bicycle enthusiast in Hawaii but I did not find any dedicated ones. There was some national forums which had some discussion.

All in all it looks like there might be some opportunity for a bicycling in Hawaii forum.
